Weve had a really truly amazing time over the last few years.
Starting its early life running from both our houses in United Kingdom and
United States, and slowly growing into our main dedicated server FantaziaChat
has been through a great deal. From the power tripping out whenever someone
wanted to boil a kettle to grinding to a halt because the fan had accumulated
too much dog hair, the poor server has hosted years of fun, laughter, tears,
relationships, marriages, babies, friendships and love.
So why have we decided to close FantaziaChat after all this time? There are a number of reasons.
The site has grown and sustained a large number of users over the years and although our statistics show that those numbers are not shrinking, they are not growing. In order to grow and revitalize the site we would have to put in a large amount of time and effort and finance that we simply dont have.
We are sad that we are putting FantaziaChat to sleep.
You cant put the years of effort into something and not feel some regret.
But she has earned her rest, it is time to put her to bed.
To all the people who have visited the site over the years,
thank you.
And a special thanks to all of the people who have hosted for the site,
without you we wouldn't have made it your time and efforts have been appreciated
very much.
